While most of our underwater work is required onshore, our range of services also includes offshore work on the high seas. Our services are particularly in demand on oil platforms and ships. Due to the changing tides, diving here involves a lot of effort and requires effective planning and a great deal of professionalism. We carry out standard inspection and maintenance work and also take care of underwater repairs. This may involve the commissioning of underground pipelines, wellheads, anchors or distributors. We use water-suitable measuring equipment, welding equipment and sawing tools to repair various components. Our offshore work consists of surface-oriented diving and saturation diving. The latter is used in particular when ground work is required at great depths. This diving technique enables us to shorten the total decompression time and thus protect our divers from the associated illnesses that can occur under high pressure.
